Applying Protective Coating as per client requirement

Upon testing the concrete samples and confirming that the concrete has attained required strength, the precast concrete elements shall be painted with protective coating as per the approved drawing. The paint shall be applied with a Brush, roll or suitable spraying machine as stated in method of application complying HSE conditions during the application. New surfaces must be cleaned to remove all traces of grease, oil and other foreign particles. Once the painting is completed, the same shall be labelled with QC Check (Green Tag) and shifted to Dispatch Bay. The precast concrete elements in Dispatch Bay with Green Tags only shall be allowed for shifting to site.
