Preparation and Approval of Platforms and Mould

In order to ensure sufficient Quality Control during the operations of formwork, reinforcement, concreting, curing and dispatch; the Platforms for manufacturing the precast concrete elements are divided into 3 bays which is Concreting Bay, Curing Bay and Dispatch Bay.Moulds are prepared either in ply-wood, Fiber or in steel based on project requirement. Silicon jelly is used to arrest the gaps in the moulds. For every casting the moulds will be checked and approved by the QA/QC Engineer.
