After the formal appointment of the project by client, all site plans, approved designs, material submittals and drawings will be checked. Once all permissions are granted and received, the team will be appointed and briefed before project commencement.
Material submittal should have details of mix design, steel reinforcement, repairing materials and water-based protective coatings are to be used for the project. The material submittal shall be submitted for approval of the Engineer. Only approved material shall be incorporated in permanent works. Approval of Material Submittal and Trial Mix
In order to ensure sufficient Quality Control during the operations of formwork, reinforcement, concreting, curing and dispatch; the Platforms for manufacturing the precast concrete elements are divided into 3 bays which is Concreting Bay, Curing Bay and Dispatch Bay.Moulds are prepared either in ply-wood, Fiber or in steel based on project requirement. Silicon jelly is used to arrest the gaps in the moulds. For every casting the moulds will be checked and approved by the QA/QC Engineer.
