Concreting

For each pour of concrete, the temperature, slump/workability of the Concrete is ensured by QC Inspector, concrete samples (a set of 4 numbers per sample) is taken for testing 7days and 28days strength for every 25m³ concrete or in accordance with Contract Specifications. The test results of each pour shall be submitted for Engineer’s review and approval. Concrete will be placed in layers of 30cm inside the formwork and 40mm needle vibrators will be used for uniform compaction of concrete. The testing of concrete will be conducted either in-house or third party as per the contract agreement.
