Installation, Inspection and Approval of Steel Reinforcements, Lifting Accessories, Cast In-Parts and MEP

The mould is cleaned and approved mould release agent is applied prior to installation. The mould necessary checks of dimensions and verticality is carried out by the foreman and checked by the QA/QC Inspector. Silicon jelly is used to arrest the gaps. Reinforcement cut and bent as per approved reinforcement shop drawing shall be fixed in position with the help of chair spacers. Minimum cover shall be maintained to the reinforcement of the precast concrete boundary wall as per the drawing. Any inserts mentioned in the shop drawings shall be installed with proper lugs and sufficient concrete cover is maintained.
